Unattended Funeral: From £1,750

​

This is a no-fuss cremation carried out privately with no mourners in attendance. This service includes:

• Our professional services arranging the cremation and ingathering of documentation.

• Taking the deceased into our care within 15 miles of our Head Office in Sowerby Bridge, excludes ferry or air fares.

• Care of deceased at Beech Royd Chapel of Rest

• Supply of basic lined and fitted coffin.

• Conveyance in specialist vehicle to crematorium of our choosing

• Collection of ashes in simple container

This service does not include the following:

• Embalming or viewing of the deceased

• Provision of limousine transport

• Attendance at the Crematorium Service

• Coffin Selection

For a direct, unattended cremation at Park Wood or Fixby Crematoria, Total cost: £1950.00

 

Select Funeral Service: From £2,695.00

• Making all arrangements at our office during working hours and professional fees

• Removal of the deceased, locally into our care during office hours

• Supply of a simple lined and furnished coffin with standard interior and name plate

• Funeral director and staff as required on the day of the funeral.

This service specifically excludes the following, however, can be added at an additional cost:

• Provision of limousine transport

• A second venue (Church Service)

• Third party costs (crematorium/ cemetery fees etc)

• Viewing of the deceased

 

Traditional, Bespoke Funeral Service: From £2,895.00

Our bespoke funeral service provides a level of first quality service and allows you to organise the funeral which is tailored to your needs and gives your loved one the farewell they deserve. This arrangement offers complete flexibility, choice of route, day and time, significant music, orders of service and all the special little personal touches which can mean so much.

Please see below the full details of our Bespoke Funeral Package:

• The taking of all instructions, arranging and coordinating all third parties (clergy or celebrant, crematorium or cemetery, florist, newspapers, reception venue etc) and the collection and ingathering of all documentation required.

• The removal of the deceased into our care at any hour 

• The dignified care and safekeeping of the deceased in our Chapel

• The preparation, embalming (if necessary) the dressing in accordance with family instructions (including attention to hairstyle and makeup etc) and the coffining.

• The provision of a hearse with uniformed chauffeur and experienced funeral director to supervise the cortege. Alternative hearses, horse-drawn, motorbike, etc are also available upon request. 

• Plus, third party costs (crematorium/ cemetery fees etc)

NB. Colourful & cardboard coffins, also caskets to be determined on request.

Please note: Payments paid on your behalf to third parties (disbursements eg. Cremation, doctors’ and clergy fees) are in addition to the above charges.

We offer a basic funeral in accordance with SAIF code of conduct​.

All third-party costs are added to this, our services included in this are basic coffic, hearse & staff to crematorium, removal within office hours & professional services (viewing not included). You also have the option of a direct to crematorium, no service or attendance for the inclusive fee of £2,195.00

 

We offer Golden Charter pre-paid funeral plans, please ask us for details.

              Subject to a £250.00 surcharge for administration at time of need.
